About the event
Designed for caregivers, parents and kids, this gentle session mixes story-guided breathing with live Tibetan and crystal bowls, rain sticks, and chimes that spark curiosity without overwhelming young ears. For the first 35 minutes, Debbie weaves simple cues—so children can follow along while resting, coloring, or snuggling a favorite blanket. Bring a small pillow or plush friend; yoga mats, and pillows are provided. Leave with easy at-home tips for recreating the calm when bedtime (or big feelings) roll in.
