Step into Deb’s Circle of Stillness—a one-hour immersion of sustained Tibetan bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, soft chimes, and more! Drift beyond the day’s static, let each wave of sound settle the breath, and rise renewed from the quiet center you’d forgotten was there. Seats are limited for this inaugural session; claim your cushion and feel what stillness sounds like.
Please arrive early to select and get settled into your area. Yoga Mats, pillows and eye masks provided - but please feel free to bring your favorite blanket to enjoy this 1-hour immersive sound experience.
