Step into a calming, restorative space and allow yourself to fully unwind during this immersive sound bath experience led by Debbie. Designed to gently guide your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation, this session uses layered tones and vibrations to quiet the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance.
As you settle in, Debbie will lead you through a peaceful opening to help you arrive fully in the moment. From there, you’ll be surrounded by a blend of soothing instruments -- such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic sounds -- creating a meditative soundscape that you don’t just hear, but feel.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or simply a moment to pause and reconnect, this experience offers a welcoming space for all. No prior meditation experience is needed -- just come as you are.
